Time to get your shift together! Now! Not tmw not later. Life is too short not to enjoy the full potential of who you are. So seriously what are you waiting for? The “perfect” time? Choose to show up in the best way you can everyday, it’s not going to go perfectly. Life flows with ups and downs and sometimes even sideways. Trust me I’ve experienced it all. I’ve waited myself, I’ve felt “stuck” more times then I can count and still I choose to move in the best way forward that I can in every
Single moment. You are human living the human experience. Let the lessons be blessings, feel how you need to feel in the hard moments and even in the most beautiful moments!

Some seasons are about survival.
Some are about healing.
And some are about finally becoming the version of yourself you’ve always known was in there.

I can feel things shifting lately mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.
Slowly choosing myself more.
Taking care of my body.
Protecting my peace.
Trusting that what’s meant for me won’t require me to abandon myself to receive it.
