In Finland, Juhannus marks the heart of summer.
The days are long, the evenings seem to last forever, and after months of winter, people make the most of every hour of light.
Saunas are heated. Friends and family gather by the water. Flower crowns are woven. Food is shared outdoors. For many Finns, it's one of the most anticipated weekends of the year.
We're bringing a few of those traditions to Vettä Nordic Spa this Juhannus weekend.
June 19
• Finnish sausages from the wood-fired Kota Grill with locally crafted beer on the patio (11am–3pm)
• Flower crown workshops at 10am and 2pm
