Sometimes we treat our fear the same way we treat problems;
something's wrong, I need to fix this.
Then we go into action and start looking for:
* what am I doing wrong, and
* what do I need to change?
But sometimes fear is simply information.
* You're tired.
* Your finances are on your mind.
* You're out of your routine.
* You're overstimulated and need some quiet and space.
* You're carrying more than usual.
None of those things require an emergency response.
Sometimes fear is just a visitor sitting across the table from you.
It's just there.
Just needing to hear,
'thanks for showing up and trying to protect me'
Fear's job is protection.
Your job is self-leadership.
