Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been wanting to share this for a long time, and I finally feel ready to open this up in a meaningful way.
About 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with both Crohn’s and Colitis—right around the time I started college for Natural Nutrition. I had some symptoms before that, but they became much more severe during that period. I experienced bleeding, mucus, pain, and weight loss, and it was honestly a really overwhelming and isolating time.
Even though I was learning about gut health in school, I didn’t find all the answers I was looking for. It took a lot of trial and error, patience, and persistence. I went through a pregnancy while managing symptoms, and now, during my second pregnancy, I’m in full remission from Crohn’s and actively managing Colitis—naturally.
That experience is what led me to focus my practice on gut health. It’s something I deeply care about, and I want to explore whether what worked for me can help others as well so I can help as many people as possible. It saddens me to watch people struggle when the answer seems so clear to me, or at least I believe it is.
I’ve started putting together a program, but the truth is that everyone is different, and managing symptoms often needs to be individualized. So instead of waiting until everything feels “perfect,” I’d like to open this up to a small group of people who are interested in working with me and giving it a try.
The approach would include:
•An initial health screening
•An elimination-style diet to reduce common triggers
•Personalized supplement recommendations
•Ongoing guidance and support throughout
The goal is to help manage symptoms by supporting foundational factors such as gut health, stress, and overall lifestyle. From there, we work to establish a personalized baseline diet and identify individual food sensitivities, recognizing that each person’s response to food is unique.
This will be completely free of charge— all I ask in return is your commitment to the process and honest feedback along the way.
I know this space can be sensitive, and I fully understand that this approach isn’t for everyone. If it doesn’t resonate with you, I completely respect that. For those who do feel aligned, I’m looking for individuals who are committed, open, and willing to give this a real effort.
My intention is simply to learn, grow, and hopefully help others with IBD who may feel as lost as I once did.
Direct message me if you or if you know someone who would benefit from this.
