Do you fear the scale. I personally hate them!!!

The scale doesn't tell you your BMI or fat percentage. It doesn't show the muscle you've gained. It really only tells you how much force is being pushed upon it.

The typical scales we have at home are no measure of what we are. The best ways to know if you're making progress with your fitness goals is to see how your clothes fit, how your mood and energy levels have changed or by using a measuring tape.

The scale we step on doesn't tell us who we are or if we should feel better!Making healthier lifestyle choices shows us those things.

Does your back hurt, do your knees ache and/or do your shoulders give you problems?

I've got your answer to reverse that, resistance based training. As we age the muscle fibres in our body begin to deteriorate at a faster rate. To combat this resistance based training is the answer, with progressive and safe overloading of the muscle fibres we develop larger mass in the myofibril. Beyond just the physical benefits it also helps with decreasing stress and improving sleep. This means a healthier and longer life.
