We apologize for not posting in a while..

Last month we discovered a new space for our studio & have been working hard to get it ready.

We decided to replicate our last vision which was tedious work with the paint 🤭 but we just have a few more tweaks to get things operational!

Looking forward to finally starting this project, and bring a whole new level of wellness to Ottawa.

A message to those who have known me for a while…

The girl you once knew no longer exists.

As I come to an end of unpacking and organizing I take a moment to sit and stare out my window and exhale all of the turmoil from the past few years. While that period of my life definitely tested my limits, I have found gratitude for the challenges I faced as without them I would not have grown.

I spent many days experiencing what I didn’t want, which as my mentor Abraham would say, “showed me what I do want” and this moment right here was exactly what I had envisioned it to be.

We can never shut the door on our past, but when we have a moment to breathe we must always thank those struggles we faced for those are what made us strong.

While I will always be silly & weird, a more graceful and calm human is emerging.

I am blessed to be where I am, with the opportunities I have, and with my time moving forward into this life I wish to give back all of the knowledge I have learned over the last two decades of my life and share my journey in hopes to inspire others that the only way your dreams die; is when you stop dreaming.

I am beyond excited and proud to announce that I have been asked by SAJE in Westboro to host wellness workshops!

Tuesday, March 29 from 630-8pm will be my first. I decided to start with a New Moon Manifesting Ritual because I owe all the credit of this new venture to my recent Moon Manifestations, I swear! There’s no other logical explanation on how these doors opened up this way, even if it was an simple as just setting an intention…I can tell you that its a definitely shocking that only 6 weeks after I shut down my baking business I am already getting too be fully invested in my dreams. I happened to walk into Saje one day, and met a wonderful woman named Sue who had mentioned workshops, and after one sit down with her she trusted me to create something special for you and that’s what I plan to do!

So .. if you are interested in learning about how to attain the things you deserve and make your wildest dreams become a reality I can promise you that if you follow the simple steps I outline you will be shocked at how quickly you start seeing real life proof that what you BELIEVE, you ACHIEVE.

I intend to host various types of wellness workshops in the upcoming months so if this one isn’t the right fit, or isn’t the right timing there will be more to come.

Nature is always what has made me feel whole. No amount of “stuff” can ever replace the true healing powers of being one with the earth. My intention for my sacred space is to feel like you are outdoors, in a beautiful jungle full of plants and trees while treating your deserving self to botanical facials, body treatments, yoga, meditation and other spiritual rituals. I found that, nature, to be the missing element in services I have received in Ottawa (except one beautiful place where my friend Roxanne spoils her guests) but there needs to be more self care blended with nature here in our city. That’s why I plan to bring Tulum to you….

This is a lesson that was hard to learn.

As someone who grew up with very little I have a lot of compassion for those who are financially struggling. My mother was only eighteen when she had me, and herself had grown up as what most would consider poor, and while I can’t recall much of my childhood I know they were very tough times.
I ended up leaving home at sixteen because to be honest I didn’t like rules. I fended for myself by working minimum wage jobs, from Tim Hortons, Wendy’s, Proctor & Gamble, to being a dishwasher, waitressing and cleaning hotel rooms, always deciding I wanted more out of life.
Eventually my life changed forever because I met the man I am with today; and while some would call this lucky others would see it differently, as all throughout this time I continued to try and create a business and a name for myself.
Flash forward to this year where I am finally about to create my dream “job” healing and helping others become their most authentic selves and having a safe place to grow and expand. My dream has been there for a long time and I’ve always had an interest in holistic wellness but my true inspiration came from Tulum, and the people of Tulum where freedom, peace and love are abundant.
While I wish I could move to Tulum forever, and one day probably will, for now I will be content just bringing the energetic flow & positivity into a sanctuary that will be housed in Ottawa.
Regardless of what is going on around you, don’t be afraid to shine, I was once a young girl who didn’t have a place to call home and slept on their friends couches, and now will be creating a space that many will call their second home and hopefully by sharing my journey it will inspire another.

My goal for you, is that when you come to the sanctuary you genuinely feel like you have been taken away from your daily life. For many, the ocean is a place where all of life’s stresses melt away, and with two technologies I am incorporating into treatments + sessions, you will feel like you have transcended to another place, and another state of being.
