We launched in Whole Foods... but that didn't happen overnight.
It came after making some very expensive mistakes.
One of our biggest?
We ordered 7,000 pouches just to get a better price.
There was one problem...
We printed everything in English only. 🤦🏽‍♂️
In Canada, retail food packaging must be bilingual (English & French), so we couldn't sell those products to stores.
It was a painful lesson—but one that helped us build a better business.

The Good Hydration Series – Mint Limonade Electrolyte Refresher 🌿⚡🥥

If you deal with headaches, workouts, busy days, or simply struggle to drink enough water, this series is your reminder to make hydration a daily habit.

✨ Here's what you'll need:
• 1 tsp creatine for muscle and brain support
• 1 serving electrolytes for optimal hydration and water retention
• 8–12 oz coconut water for natural minerals and potassium
• Juice of 1 lime for a bright citrus boost
• A handful of fresh mint leaves
• A small piece of fresh ginger
• Your favorite sweetener(I used stevia)
• The secret internet ingredient: 1 green chili 🌶️

Muddle the ginger, mint, and green chili together. Add creatine, electrolytes, coconut water, and fresh lime juice. Stir well, top with ice, and enjoy.

The Good Hydration: Mango Coconut Anti-Inflammatory Refresher 🥭🥥. So delicious that you can sip all day!!
Inspired by the viral stacked water trend.

If you deal with migraines, you know how important staying hydrated can be. I'm creating this series to help you drink more water one delicious recipe at a time.

Ingredients:
1 tsp creatine for muscle and brain support
1 tsp electrolyte mix to help replace minerals lost through sweat
½ tsp turmeric + a pinch of black pepper for an anti-inflammatory boost (or use our Turmeric Ginger Latte blend)
16 oz coconut water
½ cup frozen mango

Directions:
Add the frozen mango and coconut water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in the creatine, electrolytes, turmeric, and black pepper.
Pour over ice, top up with cold water if desired, and enjoy.
Good hydration starts with consistency, not perfection.
