Founded by Dr. Warren Rudd in 1969, we have been in business for over 50 years and are one of the first outpatient endoscopy clinics in Ontario. Provis Rudd Endoscopy Clinics is a Level 2 Out-of-Hospital Premises licensed by the CPSO, authorized to perform procedures requiring moderate to deep sedation. We strive for excellence in ambulatory patient care in anorectal surgery and endoscopy, using t
he best techniques and equipment with gentleness, understanding, and respect. We strongly promote good colorectal health and cancer prevention. We are also proud to introduce Provis Pain Management Services, a new division of Provis Endoscopy and Surgery Centre, offering advanced, ultrasound-guided procedures including lidocaine infusion, ketamine infusion, steroid epidurals, stellate ganglion blocks, peripheral nerve blocks, and joint injections. This new program expands our commitment to comprehensive outpatient care by helping patients manage chronic pain safely and effectively. We currently have three Provis-Rudd Endoscopy locations: Oakville and two in Ottawa – the Provis Rudd Endoscopy Clinic and the Provis Endoscopy and Surgery Centre. We are proud to share that all of our clinics have received a FULL PASS from the CPSO inspection committee, which is performed every 5 years. Over the years, we have gained a reputation for being the best facilities of this kind in the region and we have a referral base of over 6,000 physicians. As private outpatient clinics, with a staff of approximately 20 colorectal surgeons, gastroenterologists, and pain management specialists, we are committed to maintaining short wait times and delivering optimal quality service to our patients.
