Many people spend their lives avoiding discomfort and wonder why they feel hollow
As a coach, I know that muscle only grows under tension, strain, resistance, and damage. These aren't setbacks, they're the mechanism of growth.
The same is true for you.
A baby chick struggling to break free from her shell isn't suffering needlessly, she's building every muscle she needs to survive. Help her out, and you may condemn her to death, or at least a life that cannot be sustained on her own.
The struggles you're avoiding are doing the same thing to you.
The plan is simple: stop running from hard things, start treating them as training.
The cost of a comfortable, unchallenged life isn't peace, it's regret about everything you could have become.
The person who embraces struggle? They don't just survive.
They build a fuller life. A larger capacity. A cup that doesn't run dry.
Romans 5:3-4 — "Suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope."
