🟢 Our bodies are meant to MOVE. So in a day and age where we are on our computers to make a living, no wonder we get pain and discomfort!
•
⚪️ I recommend to my patients microbreaks, aka 15-30 seconds of getting out of the chair to MOVE.
•
🔵 No I don’t mean go do an Insanity workout or run a 5k… I’m more reasonable than that! Often times getting out of a sustained posture is the easiest and most cost effective way of temporarily alleviating discomfort.

🟢 Give it a shot, and see a chiropractor in addition! 👨⚕️
