People with chronic pain can benefit from this post, but especially those who donโt recall doing anything specific to cause it.
Today, there are so many people suffering with chronic pain who never had a major accident or injury that explains why they hurt.
What many people do not understand is the physical issues theyโve convinced themselves are causing the pain may have existed in their body for years.
Another important thing to understand is that many of the physical conditions people blame for their pain are also found in thousands of people all over the world who live completely pain free.
And if you *did* injure yourself at some point, never forget this, the human body has an amazing ability to heal.
So how do so many people go from a little painโฆ to months or years later living with chronic pain?
For many people, FEAR plays a huge role in that journey.
It often starts innocently enough. One day, pain develops. Maybe itโs in the back. Maybe you lifted something. Maybe it just appeared out of nowhere.
At first, you donโt think too much about it. You expect it will pass in a few days.
But days go byโฆ then weeksโฆ then monthsโฆ and instead of getting better, it feels like itโs getting worse.
This is where fear often begins to take over.
โWhat is wrong with me?โ
โDo I have something serious?โ
โWhy isnโt this healing?โ
The mind begins focusing on the pain constantly, and in many cases, that fear can actually begin amplifying it.
Eventually, many people go see a medical professional. Theyโre sent for scans or X-rays. Then they sit in an office while being told they have this issueโฆ that issueโฆ degenerationโฆ disc problemsโฆ arthritisโฆ and more.
By the time they leave, fear has completely taken over.
โMy body is broken.โ
โMy health is going downhill.โ
โMy life will never be the same.โ
The truth is, this is a very common cycle in chronic pain.
I went through something similar myself. I was told my back was โall screwed upโ and that I would likely need surgery one day.
What many people are never told is this:
Those physical findings may have existed in the body for years before the pain ever started.
One of the biggest reasons people remain stuck in chronic pain is because they are never properly educated about it.
I share this because I personally suffered with chronic pain for over 30 years. I know what it feels like to feel trapped and hopeless.
Today, I am almost 8 years free from chronic pain. I walk an average of 15,000 steps daily. I know for many chronic pain sufferers this is possible for them.
The reason I finally recovered was because I stopped accepting everyone elseโs version of the truth, and I began learning the real truth about chronic pain.
Iโve put together a free PDF where I share my story and the exact resources that helped me change my life.

What I share has the power to change many lives.
The real question isโฆ will it change yours?
It canโt if you never take the first step.
