Heather Robynne Sound Sound therapy helps to improve one's spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. It is never believed to be able to heal in and of itself.

Instead, sound therapy is used to create the proper environment that enables the body to heal.

Take a minute out of your schedule to drop into a little space for creation!

Even with no experience, even YOU can create a little piece of mastery to display proudly at your home. Under the guidance of a sweet teacher, we will make a little autumn sparkle.

We will end our time with a soothing sound healing to float away and be best prepared for the time of giving thanks.

Tea and snacks included!!

Can't wait to see you there!

We gathered yesterday to celebrate the changing season.

It's a time to start slowing down. To release the stories, thoughts or feelings that have become heavy, to allow space.

For rest, for change, for ease.

What a beautiful time we had.

Thank you to all who graced us with their presence.
What a gift 🎁

Blessings as we welcome the new season ahead.

Robynne's nest is alive again.
A full moon ceremony to call in the seeds of intention.
To fly through this season of change.
To prepare for slowing down. For stillness. For rest.

As things change, we make space for creation.
This is the intention.
This is the direction.

Let's do it together. 🫂🎵❤️

Join me for another beautiful afternoon in our favorite yoga space!!!

Sunday, Sept. 20th, from 3-5p, come drop into a soft and nourishing container as we prepare for the coming of fall and all that its energy has to teach us.

This afternoon will combine my love of somatics, energetics and sound.

We gathered Monday morning for a blissful and serene time on the water.

The birds were chirping, the winds were soft.

We were blessed.
We are blessed.

May the shining sun always brighten your days.
May sound make channels to explore the mind.
May your heart be full with love from all.

Much love 💦🎵❤️
