Scar tissue is MORE than just cosmetic, it is FUNCTIONAL too!

Scar tissue lays down quickly, its goal is to cover a wound as fast as possible to prevent further injury and infection. It’s not like regular skin tissue that has time to remodel itself.

This is episode of is about Cesarean (c-section or belly births) and we dive into what a cesarean means including what is happening with the scars that are both visible and the FIVE layers that are invisible.

I love this story about a past client who gained so much in such a short period of time just because someone 🙋🏼‍♀️ took the time to look at his appendectomy scar and see how it was affecting hip function.

Scar tissue can impact function and giving your scars a little love can make a huge impact on function.
