Why Freeze-Drying?
Freeze-drying removes moisture from our fruits and vegetables without excessive heat, turning fresh ingredients into a convenient powder for everyday use.
1. Prepare the Fresh Ingredients
We wash, cut, and weigh our fruits and vegetables, then arrange them on trays for freezing.
2. Freeze Before Drying
Our fruits and vegetables are thoroughly frozen, preparing them for the freeze-drying process.
3. Gently Remove Moisture
Inside the freeze-dryer, a vacuum allows the frozen water to turn directly into v***r. This removes moisture, leaving our fruits and vegetables dry and lightweight.
4. Mill into Powder
We grind our freeze-dried fruits and vegetables into fine powders, ready to add to smoothies, baking, and everyday recipes.
From fresh ingredients to everyday convenience.
