Well today is day 3 of my Heli Kick Start journey!

I will say it helps me feel full all day! Also my energy level is getting much better, I get so drained after lunch like alot of us do!

The taste...the taste is different. It has a strong peppermint taste and after taste. But I love peppermint, so it's not awful!

I strongly encourage you ladies to give this stuff a try!
