“Sometimes you don’t realise how deeply something has become a part of your heart until you find yourself waiting for it again.”
That’s how I feel about my Full Moon gatherings with the beautiful residents of Heavenly Palace - Senior Citizen Home.
What started as an opportunity to share, heal and reflect together has slowly become something I genuinely look forward to.
I see familiar faces returning. I see them becoming more comfortable sharing what they feel. I see deeper questions emerging, emotions being acknowledged, old thoughts being looked at differently… and a beautiful willingness to heal, learn and grow.
And somewhere along the way, I realised that these sessions are transforming me too.
There is something deeply fulfilling about sitting together under the energy of the Full Moon - talking about life, reflecting, meditating, healing, sometimes releasing a few tears and sometimes sharing the most beautiful smiles.
This time, as we explored “Trust, Surrender, Adapt, I was reminded once again that spirituality doesn't always need complicated teachings.
Sometimes it is simply learning to trust life a little more.
To surrender what we cannot control.
And to find the courage to meet life differently when it changes.
My heart brims with pure joy when I see these beautiful souls embracing these experiences. And gratitude just seems to flow effortlessly.
These gatherings have become something my heart truly enjoys.
Perhaps that is one of the most beautiful things about holding space for others…
You arrive with the intention of giving, and somehow, your own heart leaves a little fuller too.💗
Deeply grateful to the respected Chairman of DBC Trust, Shri Anil K. Monga ji, for continuing to create space for these meaningful experiences.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
