Yesterday, we celebrated our Independent Living Canada Day anniversary, and what a wonderful day it was!✨💚💙💛❤️

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this special celebration. We enjoyed a delicious lunch, great company, and an inspiring presentation by Mike Walker on spirituality and disability.

Thank you for making the day so memorable. We are grateful to be part of such a supportive and engaged community. ❤️

A little look into our day at the tulip festival, May 8th 2026 🌷☀️

Our team came together to create a group painting while enjoying the beautiful weather and spending quality time outdoors. A day filled with creativity, laughter, and connection!

We would also like to extend a special thank you to our wonderful artist team, Pira Urosevic and Allyson Gammon, for their amazing art project in collaboration with Artest Ottawa. Your creativity and support helped make this experience possible!
