Starting a 4-week session of Yoga for Fertility classes today Jan 17th! Classes run live from 4-5 pm for the next 4 Mondays EST, they are recorded so are easily accessible if you can't join for the live class. The 4-week session is 40$ (+HST) and open to all levels and safe for early stages of pregnancy. Hoping to create a welcoming space of community for those who feel isolated in what can be a difficult journey.

This class will be focused on fertility and supporting those mentally and physically who are on this difficult journey. April Pink Full Moon Workshop! Join Emma Monday April 26th at 7:30 PM EST for a 75 min relaxing workshop for 15$. This workshop will be slow and relaxing with some gentle flow movement, yin and restorative postures, balancing breathing practices and some time for reflection and meditation. Well we are back in our third "lockdown" in Ontario so manual osteopaths are unfortunately not allowed to work again. Therefore I will be teaching a bit more Yoga online live and recorded again over the next month! Join me for a Spring Equinox Yoga Workshop on Sunday March 21st! This workshop is aimed at yoga for stress relief to find balance in the Yin and Yang energies of our body.
