Heather is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a compassionate, client-centred approach to care, creating treatments that are personalized to each client’s needs and goals.

She has a special interest in cupping therapy, TMJ dysfunction, and tension headaches, and is passionate about helping clients feel supported, comfortable, and at their best.

Heather will be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at Revive. ✨

Something new is coming to Revive. ✨

Over the last few years, Revive has been about helping you feel better in your body, but I’ve always believed wellness goes deeper than what happens on the massage table.

I’m currently expanding my training and exploring new tools that look at the connection between the mind, body, stress, emotions, and the patterns we carry.

This next chapter will allow Revive to support your well-being in a completely new way ~ while still staying true to the personalized, compassionate care you already know!
