Comfort food without the crash.

Loaded with protein, healthy fats, and plenty of flavor, this is a simple meal that satisfies hunger and supports your goals.

🄩 INGREDIENTS

* 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
* 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
* 1 small onion, diced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1–2 jalapeƱos, sliced
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* ½ tsp cumin
* Salt & pepper, to taste
* 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* ¼ cup heavy cream
* 1 Tbsp butter
* 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

⚔ MACROS (per serving)

* Protein: 38g
* Fat: 45g
* Carbs: 8g

šŸ‘ØšŸ³ HOW TO MAKE

1. Preheat oven to **400°F (200°C)**
2. Roast cauliflower for **20–25 minutes** until tender and lightly golden
3. In a skillet, melt butter and sautĆ© onion for 3–4 minutes
4. Add garlic and jalapeƱos, cooking for another minute
5. Add beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until browned
6. Stir in heavy cream and half the cheddar cheese
7. Combine roasted cauliflower and beef mixture in a baking dish
8. Top with remaining cheddar cheese
9. Bake for **10–12 minutes** until bubbly
10. Broil for 1–2 minutes if desired
11. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve

Sometimes the best workouts are the ones filled with laughs, chirps, missed high fives, questionable dance moves during the warm up, and people simply enjoying moving their body alongside others doing the same.

Yes, we train hard. Yes, we push for progress. But enjoying the process matters too.

A perfect quick meal when you want something filling, satisfying, and performance-focused.

🄩 INGREDIENTS
* 10 oz flank or sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
* 1 Tbsp butter or tallow
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
* ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
* ½ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
* 1 tsp fish sauce or coconut aminos
* 1 tsp fresh lime juice
* 1 tsp lime zest
* 2 cups spinach or chopped kale
* 2 scallions, chopped
* Salt & black pepper
* 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

⚔ MACROS (per serving)
* Protein: 40g
* Fat: 35g
* Carbs: 5g

1. Heat butter or tallow in a skillet over medium-high heat
2. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear 2–3 mins until browned
3. Remove steak and lower heat

That’s the beauty of functional fitness. We train to become generally strong, capable, and fit across the board — strength, endurance, power, coordination, balance, stamina… all of it.
Does that mean we’ll be elite specialists in one thing? Maybe not.
