It is time for forgiveness. 🕊️

Forgiving others — yes. But more than anything, forgiving yourself.

I know that might feel impossible. But forgiveness is not about saying what happened was okay. It is not a gift you give to someone who hurt you. It is a gift you give to yourself — the gift of no longer carrying something that was never yours to carry forever.

Just begin. One small, willing thought — and you will feel something shift. A loosening. A breath that goes a little deeper. That is your body recognising its own freedom.

Look at yourself through the eyes of grace today. For the version of you that was doing the best they could. For the part of you that is still healing.

Give yourself permission to let go of what is no longer serving you.

Self Love

Let it begin with you.

Your heart is meant to be the safest home you return to — the most loyal friendship you will ever have.

Self love is the quiet practice of honouring your own secrets, dreams, feelings, and becoming. It is learning to hold space for the parts of you that are still growing, still healing, and still finding their way.

Life will continue to bring lessons. Some will stretch us. Some will soften us. Some will ask us to pause, witness, and acknowledge what we are ready to release so we do not have to repeat the same patterns again.

Self love is the willingness to stay connected to yourself with kindness, even when you are hurting, uncertain, messy, or imperfect.

You are allowed to love yourself deeply through every version of your becoming.

In this fun and interactive class, we will practise simple intuition-building exercises that may include reading energy, tuning into symbols, working with objects, noticing your “clair” senses, and learning how your body gives you intuitive signals.

This is a supportive space to play, practise, and build confidence without pressure. You do not need to be “advanced” or have any special experience. You just need curiosity and a willingness to trust what comes through.
