Navigating menopause can feel like venturing into uncharted territory. It's essential to know that menopause hormone therapy (MHT) can safely be part of your journey, even if hypertension or dyslipidemia are part of your health landscape.

MHT helps alleviate symptoms of menopause by supplementing the hormones your body is decreasing in production. Concerns often arise about the impact of MHT on existing conditions like hypertension and dyslipidemia. However, these conditions do not automatically rule out the potential benefits of MHT.

According to the Endocrine Society, "MHT can be considered in women with controlled hypertension and dyslipidemia, as long as personalized medical evaluation is conducted." This guidance underscores the importance of individualized care and ongoing consultation with healthcare professionals.

Experiencing unexpected heart palpitations? Many women face this during perimenopause due to fluctuating hormones like estrogen. Menopause hormone therapy (MHT) can help manage these changes by stabilizing hormone levels, reducing palpitations, and improving life quality. Consult your doctor for personalized advice. You have a financial plan.
You have a retirement plan.

But do you have a **20-year health plan?**

Most executives in their 40s, 50s, and early 60s feel “fine.”

Here’s the problem:

Heart disease develops silently for decades.
No symptoms.
No warning.
Until it’s advanced.

Routine checkups often miss:
• Hidden coronary plaque
• Genetic cholesterol risk (Lp(a))
• Early insulin resistance
• Declining VO₂ max
• Accelerated biological aging

Feeling well ≠ being low risk.

Longevity today isn’t just about preventing a heart attack.

It’s about protecting:
✔ Your cognitive edge
✔ Your decision-making ability
✔ Your independence
✔ Your leadership runway

If you’re building a business, leading a team, or planning your next chapter — your biology deserves the same strategy as your portfolio.

If you're 40+, ask yourself:
Do I truly understand my risk for the next 20 years?

Most people track steps 👣 The smartest ones track something far more revealing 💫

Waking up exhausted with no clear reason.
Eight hours of sleep. Clean eating. Nothing unusual.
Yet the body feels heavy. The mind feels slow.
The watch shows the truth: HRV at 42.

Heart Rate Variability.
The metric most people have never heard of But it reveals what the body won't say out loud.

It's not about how hard someone works. It's about whether they're actually recovering. Low HRV means the nervous system is under siege.

Could be the wine that seemed harmless.
Could be the workout that felt productive.
Could be the stress that seemed manageable.

The body doesn't negotiate. It just shows the data.

When it dips below 50, the answer is simple:
Less. Slower. Smarter.
Because feeling "fine" isn't the same as being recovered.
And most people never learn the difference.

3-hour runs… but still no muscle? 🤔

Lean muscle might be the real magic pill for metabolic health.
It improves blood sugar control, boosts metabolism, and protects long-term health in ways cardio alone can’t.

Is muscle more important than cardio?
For metabolic health — a hundred percent.

Lift smart. Build strength. Protect your future.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your menopause symptoms are ‘serious enough,’ this is for you. ⬇️

A patient asked me last week if her symptoms were "bad enough" to see someone.

That question stayed with me.
Because there's no suffering quota for deserving expert care.

Most women wait for permission. They measure their discomfort against an invisible threshold. They get 15-minute appointments and prescriptions they don't fully understand.

But menopause isn't just about hot flashes.
It fundamentally changes your cardiovascular risk. Your bone density. Your metabolic health. These aren't small things. They're the foundation of how you'll age.

I've started asking a different question: "What does optimal feel like to you?"

Not just bearable. Not manageable. Optimal.
Because the conversation should start there, not at the point where you can no longer tolerate what's happening.

You deserve time. Thoroughness.

A care plan that addresses both today's symptoms and tomorrow's heart health.
The standard shouldn't be "good enough."

It should be "what serves your longevity now, and for years to come."

Did you know movement can help regulate blood sugar even in Type 1 diabetes?

Exercise makes the body more sensitive to insulin, helping glucose move into cells more efficiently and supporting steadier energy levels throughout the day.
It’s not a replacement for insulin but it is one of the most powerful tools to support better control and long-term health.

Walk more. Move daily. Support your metabolism naturally.
