October 14th, 2026 ✨🌙
If you're wondering what's special in the universe today... well then read on!
Tonight the moon is a beautiful waxing crescent — halfway to First Quarter. The moon phase of intention, growth, and new beginnings. And Saturn is lighting up our Ottawa sky. The universe is literally telling us to look up and keep growing.
And today, my heart is extra full ❤️
Today marks 26 years since I bought my business from my Grandpa
So the business has been servicing the community for 35 years now 🙌
26 years ago I took over Manotick Natural Market and Wellness Hub — now also my space to practice as Total Nutrition DivaTM 🌿 with a dream, a lot of hard work, and my Grandpa's trust in my hands.
What a journey it's been. The ups, the downs, the lessons, the pain of losing everything when my business burnt down 13 years ago to starting from scratch again to the laughter that still echoes with memories of the incredible people who have walked through our doors and become like family.
I started as a business owner 26 years ago and have been in practice for 23 years, and every single year I fall more in love with what I do — helping people on their health journey naturally.
To my Grandpa — thank you for believing in me and trusting me with your legacy.
To my 3 amazing kids, my family and our fur baby who keep me grounded and on my toes lol love you so much ❤️ Thankyou
To every client, friend, neighbour, and referral — you are the heartbeat of this business. Your support through every season means more than words can say. 🙏 Thankyou
Feeling grateful is an understatement. 🙏 Thank you for 26 incredible years. Last 3 years have been incredibly difficult with my accident but I am slowly getting back at it. The best is yet to come.
Came to Canada at age 15 as a foreign student and became an Entrepreneur.... possibilities are endless for everyone. You just have to take a chance and not give up.
With all my Love and Gtatitude,
