It has been a privilege to welcome the global pharmacy community to Canada and an opportunity to celebrate and showcase Canadian pharmacy on the global stage. 🍁

CPhA Chair Deb Saltmarche and FIP President Paul Sinclair co-sign the FIP Montreal Declaration on Non-Communicable Diseases at .

CPhA is proud to support the declaration and its call for stronger integration of pharmacists into primary health care to improve access, equity and outcomes for patients and communities.

The declaration calls for pharmacists to be recognized as essential primary health-care providers and enabled to contribute fully to NCD prevention and care — from screening and early detection to chronic disease management, vaccination, medicines optimization and continuity of care.
