While this information is not directly related to health and wellness programming, we are taking a moment to share it through our Health and Wellness social media channels to help reach as many people as possible and support those affected by this disaster.

Public Notice – Tornado Response and Assistance


Good morning,

We would like to advise residents that we have been in contact with the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA), Carnduff RCMP, the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP), Livestock Services of Saskatchewan/Brand Inspectors, and the Canadian Red Cross regarding the recent tornado and the damage it has caused.

At this time, we are working to assess the extent of the disaster and identify those who have been affected. If you have sustained losses or damage to your property, please contact our office so we can add your information to our records and provide you with a PDAP application form when available.

Missing Livestock

We are aware that a number of livestock are currently unaccounted for. If you are missing livestock, please provide the following information:

Number of animals missing
Species of livestock
Colour/markings
Brand (if applicable)
Tag colour and any identifying information on the tags
Last known pasture or land location
Any other information that may assist in identification

Please send this information by email to [email protected] or by text message to 306-482-8381. We will forward the details to the appropriate agencies so that missing animal notices can be distributed and owners can be contacted if livestock are located.

Need Assistance?

If you require assistance with fencing, corrals, livestock containment, debris cleanup, or other immediate needs, please contact us. We have access to a variety of resources and volunteers and will do our best to connect you with available support.

Please share this notice with anyone you know who may have experienced losses, whether related to property, livestock, or other impacts from the storm.

Media and Public Inquiries

We respectfully ask that media inquiries and non-essential calls be kept to a minimum at this time. Our priority is ensuring that phone lines remain available for residents who require assistance.

For those wishing to assist, gift card donations are currently being accepted at the following locations:

These donations will help support the family who lost their farm. We sincerely appreciate the generosity and support being shown by our communities during this difficult time.

📣 BIG NEWS FOR OUR COMMUNITY AND SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN! 📣

It has been an incredibly busy couple of months for the R.M. of Enniskillen No. 3. Between preparing for our Emergency Services Fundraiser and setting up our brand-new Hometown Health Clinic, we couldn't be more excited to finally share this announcement with you!

We are thrilled to welcome Laura Wood, NP, to our clinic team. Laura brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, compassion, and community-minded care—everything a Hometown Health Clinic needs. We think the name is pretty fitting!
Joining Laura is Kim Fee, who brings many years of healthcare experience to her role as Administrative Assistant. Kim's knowledge, dedication, and commitment to patient care will help ensure a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits the clinic.
Many of you will also recognize Krista Illingworth, who will serve as Receptionist for both the Ultrasound Clinic and Hometown Health Clinic. If you've visited the Ultrasound Clinic, you've likely already been greeted by Krista's warm smile and friendly personality. When you call or visit either clinic, you can expect that same welcoming, cheerful, and caring approach that has made her such a familiar and appreciated face in our community.
As we open our doors, we ask for your patience. We have a feeling those phones are going to be busy—so let's make them ring Saskatchewan-style! ☎️ If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible.

However, the land of the living skies in Saskatchewan has kept everything interesting! Thank you to the Town of Oxbow and Oxbow & District Recreation Board for allowing the use of the Oxbow Memorial Hall - the BBQ has moved to the OXBOW MEMORIAL HALL.

Meet Sara East, Owner & Speech-Language Pathologist at Alara Learning and Therapy Services!

Sara has been a registered Speech-Language Pathologist since 2009, bringing over 16 years of experience supporting children and families across school, health, and private settings.

She has worked with a wide range of speech, language, and feeding needs, and is deeply committed to ongoing learning to provide the highest quality care.

As the founder of Alara, Sara has created a space rooted in compassion, connection, and individualized support. She is passionate about helping her clients build confidence and communication skills in a way that feels empowering for the whole family.

When she’s not working, you can find Sara on the farm south of Alameda with her family, spending time with their animals, riding horses, or cheering on her girls at softball. One of her favourite parts of working with children? The laughter—it truly fills her soul.

We're proud to now offer Supervised Visitation — a service designed to support children and families during separation, divorce, and other life transitions.

Supervised visitation provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children can maintain and build meaningful relationships with their non-custodial parent, with support from a trained Family Access Worker.

✨ This program helps:

✔ Keep children safe
✔ Support positive parent-child connections
✔ Provide structure and stability during difficult times
✔ Offer a pathway toward stronger family relationships

🎉 Looking Back — One Year Ago 🎉

One year ago, we proudly celebrated the ribbon-cutting of the collaborative Guardian Radiology Clinic. What began as a vision to improve healthcare access in our region has become an incredibly valued service for our communities.

We are so grateful for the partnerships, support, and dedication that helped make this clinic possible, and even more grateful for the impact it continues to have on residents throughout the area.

Access to healthcare close to home matters, and we are proud to continue supporting services that strengthen rural healthcare and improve quality of life for our communities.

🏥 Welcome to the Oxbow Wellness Centre 🏥

The R.M. of Enniskillen No. 3 is proud to continue building a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space focused on healthcare, wellness, emergency services, and community support.

Within the 3,140 sq. ft. Wellness Centre, we have created permanent accommodations for Ambulance Staff, a dedicated training facility used by healthcare professionals and RCMP, and meeting space for community organizations.

Over the years, we have worked hard to expand and restore services for our residents and surrounding communities. We are proud to have:

✔️ Physiotherapy services restored after a two-year lapse
✔️ Mental Health & Addictions services returned after a 7-year hiatus
✔️ Public Health services
✔️ Child & Adult Speech Therapy
✔️ Diabetic Education
✔️ Dietician services
✔️ End of Life Doula support
✔️ Reflexology services

Our goal continues to be optimizing the space and welcoming as many practitioners and healthcare services to the area as possible.

We are incredibly fortunate to have courageous, compassionate, caring, and resourceful EMS local heroes serving our communities every day. Thank you to Oxbow EMS and Carnduff EMS for the dedicated coverage they provide throughout the region, especially during calls and transfers.

🚑 The new ambulance has officially found its home at the Wellness Centre.

The R.M. of Enniskillen No. 3 also applied for and received an SGI Traffic Safety Grant to install an emergency lighting system along the highway to help keep local firefighters and EMS staff safe while responding to emergencies. We extend our sincere thanks to SGI and the Government of Saskatchewan for supporting rural emergency response and community safety. The system has now arrived and has been installed.
