For the last 13 years, Arbonne has been part of my life sometimes in a quiet way sometimes in a loud way.

Some seasons I used the products consistently. Other seasons I was a consultant. And honestly, there were times when life was just busy and it took a back seat.

But after having my son, something shifted. I was reminded how much it supported my weight loss goals after my daughter and how it also built me a community of women during my mat leave as well as income from home.

Postpartum reminded me how important it is to take care of myself too. Not to chase perfection but to have the energy to be the mom I want to be, feel strong in my body, and support my health from the inside out.

The nutrition products have become part of that journey. They’ve helped me stay consistent with my protein, fuel my body, and work toward my health and fitness goals in a way that feels realistic for this season of life.

That’s why I’ve decided to start sharing them more.

Not because I want to sell to anyone.

Not because I think everyone needs the same things I do.

Simply because when I genuinely love something that’s made a positive difference in my life, I enjoy sharing it. Just like I’d tell a friend about a great recipe, an amazing book, or a local business I love.

There was a time when the thought of breastfeeding in public made my heart race.

I’ve always been a very modest person, and the idea of feeding my baby anywhere but home felt so overwhelming. I worried about what people would think. I worried about drawing attention. I worried about feeling exposed.

But motherhood has a way of changing your perspective.

Little by little, I’ve learned that my baby’s needs matter more than my fears. So tonight, we went out for dinner, and when my baby was hungry, I fed him. No rushing home. No hiding. Just caring for the little person who depends on me.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come not because breastfeeding in public is easy for me, but because I’ve chosen to put love before fear.

To every mama who feels nervous about it: I see you. Go at your own pace. There is no right timeline. But if today you fed your baby the way they needed, you did an amazing job.

Our babies don’t need perfection. They just need us. 🤍

Motherhood has stretched me in ways I never imagined. It’s messy, beautiful, lonely, joyful, overwhelming, and somehow the greatest privilege of my life all at the same time.

If you’re in the thick of it today, I hope you know this:

🤍 You don’t have to have it all together.
🤍 Your baby doesn’t need a perfect mom.
🤍 They just need you.
