πŸ’™ Expanding access. Strengthening connections. πŸ’™

We're excited to share a recent CBC News article and CBC Listen feature highlighting the shared community hub between Sensity and Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf - Sudbury Centre in Sudbury.

The partnership brings our organizations together under one roof, helping improve access to services for people who are deafblind, deaf, and hard of hearing across northern Ontario. As Sensity's first office and resources space outside of our Resource Centre in Paris, Ontario, this shared hub represents an exciting step forward in strengthening community connections and expanding access to support.

Thank you to Marjan Massoom and the CBC Sudbury team for helping share this story and highlight the importance of accessible services and supports across northern Ontario. πŸ“°πŸ’™

🌿 Every path led to a new discovery! 🌿

Nhib had a wonderful day of discovery at the Toronto Botanical Garden with his intervenors, Isi and Dapo. Together, they explored the garden's many pathways, encountered a variety of plants and flowers, and learned about the unique features of different garden spaces. Through hands-on exploration and shared experiences, Nhib had the opportunity to connect with nature, satisfy his curiosity, and enjoy a meaningful day of learning and adventure. 🌸✨

Nothing says summer quite like a day at the beach! πŸ–οΈ

Patricson recently enjoyed a fun-filled day at the beach alongside her Intervenor, Annika. From feeling the warm sunshine and fresh breeze to spending time by the water, the day was full of exploration, relaxation, and plenty of smiles. It was a wonderful opportunity to get outdoors, enjoy the beauty of the season, and create meaningful memories together.

Thank you for sharing your beach day adventure with us, Patricson! πŸ’™πŸ–οΈ
