Lately I've been learning (again!) just how powerful a keystone habit can be.
A keystone habit is simply one habit that creates positive changes in other areas of your life.
For me, that habit was moving my body more.
I didn't start with a complicated plan, and I didn't overhaul my life. I simply made movement more of a priority.
What surprised me was the ripple effect: I started making better food choices, and I had more energy. I felt way more focused, and I became more consistent. 🏃♀️💨
And I’m so happy to report that in the last month I’m down almost 10 pounds!! 🥳
The thing about healthy habits is that they're often connected. Sometimes one small change can impact so many other areas of your life! 🙌
