For the past few years, many of us have been forced into deep, internal emotional work—healing our roots, confronting old family patterns, and redefining what it means to feel safe. This sacred Solstice Gateway signals that the heavy lifting is complete, inviting us to step out of the shadows of self-doubt and into the radiant warmth of our true, authentic selves.

You may find yourself feeling so much more right now, as the universe asks us to drop our defenses and welcome bigger, deeper emotions. Beautiful Soul, June's entire cosmic focus rests on the 3rd Chakra, the Solar Plexus. And it is worth understanding what this energy centre truly holds.

The Solar Plexus is not simply the seat of willpower, though it is that. It is the centre of your self-worth, your spiritual integrity, your authentic sense of self. It is where you feel the gut-knowing that tells you when something is true or not true. Where you feel the contraction of betraying yourself and the expansion of living in alignment.

When the Solar Plexus is thriving, you feel vitality, confidence, the ability to manifest with relative ease and a deep sense of your own inherent worth independent of external validation.

A reminder that the energies are asking us to FEEL DEEPLY post strong solar flares last week , post June 6/6 Gateway and the upcoming June 9th Venus/Jupiter in Cancer conjunction:

June arrives with a profound and very specific invitation. In May we dismantled ancient karmic blueprints and unearthed deep soul wounds. That fierce purification is now subsiding, we are untangling all that is left. June is the sacred sanctuary that follows … a time to anchor directly into your divine source alignment. We are moving from the chaotic collapse of the old into the new frequency of The Becoming.

This is not a time for more striving, more doing, more figuring it out. The universe is prioritising your pure Being over physical Doing right now. This inner stillness is not passivity. It is the precise vibrational landscape required for Infinite Creative Manifestation. Self care of any kind: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, are the new normal.

So rest when needed (the fatigue may be intense for you now in the aftermath), pay attention to your physical health, do things in bite size pieces, anchor in nature, allow the cosmic energies to bathe you in their light codes.

Sagittarius carries the archetypal energy of the Seeker, the Soul who is willing to follow truth wherever it leads, even when it dismantles what was comfortable. JUNE’S Theme: The Becoming

June 2026 is about Becoming: It is a profound psychospiritual stage where we move beyond breaking patterns, collecting wisdom, insights,and realizations that allowed us to close our karmic past, and now integrate them into our sense of Individuation.

Becoming is where that knowledge actively reshapes our character. It prioritizes our internal "being" over our external "doing," laying the essential groundwork for deeper emotional maturity, ultimate Oneness, and selfless service. It is not an easy transition; it is a fiery, ego-stripping process of maturation that takes place deep within our personal power center -the 3rd (solar plexus) chakra.

In a world where AI is blurring reality, and we are increasingly psychologically and emotionally over-stimulated, the Ascension process is requesting that we collectively redefine masculine energy and leadership.

The embodiment of healthy Warrior and Spiritual Warrior archetypes are key to helping us navigate these intense shifts in how we hold and use our power, willpower and internal strength to anchor in our creations, along with this new paradigm of love, collaboration, compassion and co-creation.
