FLTC Certification completed!
As part of a Practitioner’s expansive learning requirements ( we never stop learning) I have completed my course to award me with a certification in functional lab testing . As your coach I can order tests in hormonal ( Dutch ) , gut ( G.I. map) , cortisol , etc…. Alongside our wonderful ICR medical equipment that already can determine many different aspects of your physical well-being. This additional tool will support us in finding answers to your issues. Just over a month ago, a family members had a serious carpentry injury. He was very lucky. It was 1/4 deep with tendon showing but thankfully not severed. ER Dr did a great job with the stitches.
Protocol was the use of polysporin , homeopathic lymphatic drainage & infection ampules ,with high dosages of garlic to minimize any bacteria or infection as an antibiotic was not given, nor was there a T shot.

Time ,patience and the use of ICR cellular therapy :
-microcirculation for detox and to limit the amount of scar tissue
-anti inflammatory to calm inflammation
-cellular regeneration to repair the tissue
I’m happy with the progress.
Now vitamin E and continued therapy to make this barely noticeable. 🙏

When you’re stuck inside time to get baking. This recipe is very healthy and made with all organic ingredients.
4-5 very ripe organic bananas
3/4 cup liquid organic, honey
1/4 cup light olive oil, preferably Classico
2 tsp organic vanilla
2 cups organic whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp baking soda
Half a cup organic walnuts, or Stevia chocolate chips

-Mash bananas with honey , oil , and vanilla -mix separately the sifted flour, baking soda, chocolate chip chips
-Blend dry into wet and stir

339 cal (1 of 9 serv)
12 g of fat
7 g of protein
56 carbs
5 g of fiber

Cook for 45 to 60 minutes in an 8 in.² pan
