There is something profoundly healing about women gathering in community 🕊️🤍💫
Over the past week and a half, I have been sitting with a profound sense of gratitude and reflection after attending The Sacred Village Women’s Festival.
What I experienced there is difficult to put into words, but if I had to describe it simply, I would say this:
✨ I came home to myself.
The space that Brooklyn, Emma, and the entire Sacred Village team created was one of such love, safety, authenticity, and connection. It allowed me to soften, listen, and return to my body in a way that felt deeply nourishing.
In the midst of everyday responsibilities, caring for others, teaching, serving, and holding space, it is easy to forget that we too need spaces where we can be held.
Spaces where we can exhale.
Spaces where we can remember who we are beneath all the doing.
Since returning home, I have felt an incredible sense of alignment, peace, and embodiment. I’ve been listening closely to what this experience is asking of me now.
As we move closer to the Summer Solstice, I find myself reflecting on these questions:
🌿 What do I really want?
🌿 What do I truly see?
🌿 What is blooming in my life?
🌿 What is ready to be released?
🌿 What is taking root?
🌿 What is shedding?
I believe these are powerful questions for all of us.
One of the greatest lessons I was reminded of is this:
🤍 We cannot pour from an empty cup.
Self-care is not selfish.
Rest is not laziness.
Receiving support is not weakness.
When we nourish ourselves—through community, nature, movement, stillness, breath, and connection—we become better able to serve, love, and show up fully for those around us.
My heart is overflowing with gratitude for Brooklyn, Emma, and everyone who helped create such a beautiful experience. Thank you for reminding so many women of the power of gathering, healing, and coming home to themselves.
May we all give ourselves permission to pause, listen, and honour what is asking to emerge.
With love,
Magdalena 🤍
