Maybe after 45 we stop building our entire health routine around taking up LESS space.

Let's eat to have energy.

Lift to get stronger.

Move so we can keep moving.

And build bodies capable of living really freaking BIG lives. 🔥

What if your workouts weren't about getting your “old body” back?

What if they were about building the body you'll need for the NEXT 30 years?

Strong legs. Strong muscles. Strong bones. Energy.

Train for where you're going — not where you've been.

Comment 💪 if you're ALL IN!

THIS is why I don't teach women to chase the body they had at 25.

Your body is different. Your life is different. Your priorities are different.

So your food, workouts and health routines should support the woman you're becoming — not punish you for no longer being the woman you were.

Comment 💪 if you agree!

You miss having the energy.

You miss waking up and not immediately wondering when you can go back to bed.

You miss finishing work and still wanting to DO something.

You miss making plans on Friday night without secretly hoping they’ll get cancelled. 😂

You miss feeling like you could just...

GO.

And maybe you’ve assumed that’s simply what happens when you get older.

I don’t want you to accept that quite so quickly.

Because while your body absolutely changes in your mid 40’s, there are also things we can change about how we’re eating, moving, sleeping and supporting ourselves.

I don’t want to help women desperately chase their 25-year-old selves (although those days were SO FUN 🤩)

I want you to have enough energy to fully live the life you have NOW.

Travel.

Pickleball.

Go out for dinner, drinks and dancing.

Work out.

Stay out too late once in a while.

Say yes to the random adventure.

This part can be pretty freaking amazing too.

Let’s make sure you have the energy to say YES to enjoying it all!

Forgot why I walked upstairs.

Accidentally got some extra steps.

We're calling that a win. 😂

Send this to your fellow “WHY DID I COME IN HERE?” friend.

If this happens every week, maybe we need to stop making your entire fitness plan depend on the version of you who has already worked all day.

You don’t need more guilt.

You need a plan that works with your actual life.

15 minutes of strength training or

10 minutes of yoga or

A walk.

A few sets while dinner cooks.

Something is better than repeatedly waiting for the day when you magically have an uninterrupted hour and endless motivation.

And if evenings consistently aren’t working?

Stop forcing evenings.

Try mornings. Try lunch. Try 15 minutes before you shower.

The best workout schedule isn’t the one fitness Instagram says you should follow.

It’s the one you actually keep doing.

That’s one of the biggest reasons I’ve fallen in love with 15-minute workouts.

Small enough to fit into real life.

Long enough to count.

Forget diamonds.

At this point, give me protein, eight uninterrupted hours and an afternoon where I don't have to rush anywhere. 😂

The funny part? My clients laugh at this because they're usually being pulled in a hundred different directions by 3 PM.

But whether it's work, kids, aging parents or simply the mental load of being a woman… your body still deserves to be looked after too.

Tag the woman who needs this little reminder. ❤️

I LOVE adventure.

I also deeply love hearing, “Actually, we're going to have to reschedule.” 😂

Both versions of me are thriving.

Comment ❤️ if you feel this.

Your 3 PM crash doesn’t necessarily start at 3 PM.

Sometimes we need to rewind into your day..

What did breakfast look like?

Did you get enough protein?

How much fibre have you eaten?

How much water have you actually had versus coffee?
🤗(FYI: I’m not against coffee - I love coffee)

Did you eat enough at lunch?

Did you move at all?

How did you sleep?

How stressed have you been?

Because sometimes that moment when you want to put your head on your desk isn’t your body saying:

“You’re getting old.”

It’s your body saying:

“Hey... I need something from you that you’re not providing.”

That’s why I want you to start paying attention to what happens before the crash.

Your afternoon energy can give you clues about how you’ve supported your body earlier in the day.

And that’s exactly why I’m such a believer in getting the basics right before 3.
