At Perfectly Pampered Day Spa, we truly appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for choosing us and for supporting our small business.

To help us provide the best service possible to all of our clients, we are introducing a 24-hour cancellation policy.

When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or a client does not arrive, that appointment is often impossible to fill. This means our team has reserved time especially for you that another client may have been hoping to book.

Effective immediately:
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Clients who repeatedly cancel with little notice or miss appointments may be required to prepay future bookings.

We understand that life happens, and genuine emergencies will always be considered with kindness and understanding.
