Social Wellbeing Department We are the integration of the former Child Wellbeing & Social Wellbeing teams into one unified department.

We offer a range of supports focused on individual, family, and community wellbeing, rooted in connection, care, and community values.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lieutenant Danielle Tabobondung to the contract position of Marine Liaison/Fire Administrator for the Wasauksing Fire Department.

Danielle will be the conduit between Wasauksing First Nation and the Canadian Coast Guard. She will oversee establishing things like water response training and equipment purchases as well as assist with the day to day operations of the Fire Department. We look forward to bringing Danielle onboard.

Join us every Tuesday in June for Baby Group!

This welcoming program is a space for babies and caregivers to connect, learn, and share together in a supportive community environment. All families with babies are welcome to attend.

Activities throughout the month will include:
• Elders sharing teachings
• Baby moccasin making
• Baby star making workshop
