What a blessing this session was for me💕 I was gifted the presence of old friends filling the space…. Along with a new bestie and a couple new faces 🥰 just hours before the session I learned of the passing of an old friend I had lost touch with. So with the help of a mutual friend who attended we were able to dedicate this practice of self love in her honour… with a candle lit by her picture and her favourite snack prepped and shared. The space was warm and filled my soul as I share part of my service journey, helping others Love themselves holistically 💕 I look forward to being a regular at Essence of Healing by Jamie in Stony Plain

In all the excitement of a new space and new people, i forgot to take a picture from last nights group at Spinfinite Indoor Cycling & Fitness !
I had 10 beautiful souls honour me with sharing space, with some newbies coming for their first time experience!! Looking forward to another one soon!

This would make for a great slumber party idea i keep telling myself 😆🥰
Gratitude for 16 beautiful souls that graced me with the honour of sharing space! Showing me i felt called to host this last minute event for a reason🥰 The universe definitely had people ready to come for relaxation and a little meditation🥰 there were a couple“z’s”, which is my favourite tell tale that i did a good job🥰 loving this journey 💙💙

What a beautiful moment of connection today! Some new and some returning to the experience of sound therapy! We dug a little deep into the connection of self, our younger and current, our innocence and our pain. Bringing it together and allowing healing on a molecular level, loving ourselves unconditionally with the support of frequency and sound vibrations, allowing for our state of being to be grounded🩷 thank you to everyone who came to share the moments and space 🩷
