There are some movements you feel… and then there are movements you experience.
This is one of them for me.
At this point in Swan, a full, deep, diaphragmatic inhale feels almost impossibly good. The chest expands, the posterior-lateral ribs open, the spine lengthens into extension… and somehow the breath seems to create space where you didn’t realize you needed it or even had the capacity for it.
It’s one of those moments where breath stops being something happening alongside the movement and becomes part of the movement itself.
You can’t really explain how good it feels. You have to feel it. 🤍
This is why I love Pilates. Not just for the movement itself, but for what you discover within it.
