People come and go in our lives, but some make more of an impact that others. Maria, a summer student from L’Equinox High School, has been leading activities at Carefor Mackay Centre over the summer, bringing a little more joy and laughter to the lives of our residents.

Today was her last day and so residents gathered to say goodbye with hugs and song, provided by Maria's grandmother.

Thank you, Maria, for bringing your heart and your smile to our home. You will be missed.

Wednesday was the Hawaiian Carnival as part of Spirit Week at Carefor! With tropical treats, sultry sounds and games galore it was a hot day made cool.

We hope everyone had a great day! We sure did.🌴🌺
