PARTNER WORKOUT CLASSES!!
1. PARTNER WORKOUT CLASS! Ages 11 yrs +. $40 per pair + tax. 1 hr class *team of 3 - $60+ tax

2. ADULT/KIDDO CLASS!

Kids 4-10 yrs. 35 per pair *team of 3 (2 adults/1kid or 1 adult/2 kids) - $52. 45 min class

This weekends PARTNER CLASS WORKOUT MENU :

Main entree - kettlebell swings garnished with a bar hang or ring hold
Appy - kb goblet squats. Dessert - burpees over kb 🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️

Background was cranked 80s/90's tubes, with a nite cap of Salt N Pepa, Push It, for the final minutes 🎵 Join us next week, same time same place, for a newly inspired Menu!! P.S Doggo Friendly as Gary 🐶 flexes and is ready for the beach!

There was a dress code for todays, O CANADA, Partner Wod and our athletes knew the assignment 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦 (the tie was very dapper 🐶🎀) Everyone crushed the 20 min AMRAP! Moving thru 4 different movements and working so incredibly hard with their partner to tackle the reps and 1 static hold 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
