It’s been a turbulent week here in the Okanagan. ❤️‍🩹

With the entire town of Summerland evacuated as the Bald Range 🔥 fire continues to burn, so many people have been displaced and left wondering what comes next.

💚 But in the midst of the uncertainty, we’ve also seen something really powerful…communities coming together.

🍃 Neighbours helping neighbours. Businesses stepping up. Shelters opening their doors. People sharing what they have and looking out for one another.

Thinking of the families who have been displaced, the firefighters and first responders working tirelessly, and everyone who is carrying that uncertainty right now.

🌳 These fires remind us how quickly life can change, and how important it is to take care of ourselves and each other, not just physically, but emotionally too.
