The first thing I do when I put my hands on someone is just listen.

I feel their body start to relax underneath me, watch their breath shift, and exhale with them, matching their rhythm, getting into the same headspace.

People come in expecting a massage and leave describing things like feeling like they were on another planet, or that something they’d been holding onto for a long time finally let go.

This is what happens when you are fully tuned in.

In all experiences, hot stone is added onto the back for helping your body melt into the massage. The heat disperses into the soft muscles, allowing myself to work on the muscle tissues more effectively. Sometimes hot stones will be to warm up the tissues, other times after deep tissue to soothe.

If you love hot tubs & hot showers, you’ll definitely love hot stones. I can already imagine how relaxing it feels to have the heated stones glide on the shoulders and neck.

Man just looking at the photo makes me feel sleepy… 😪
