Same face. More harmony ✨

This is one of my favourite examples of how small, strategic changes can influence the way the entire face comes together.

We treated two areas: the chin + cheek

The chin was treated to improve projection and proportion through the lower face, while the cheeks were treated strategically to provide subtle structure and support.

And when you look at the before and after, there isn’t one feature screaming for attention.

That’s the point.

Her lips didn’t suddenly need to be bigger.
Her cheeks didn’t need to look “done.”
Her chin didn’t need to become dramatically different.

Every injection was made intentionally so her existing features worked more harmoniously together.

Good aesthetic medicine isn’t about how much we can change. It’s knowing where a small change can make a big difference.

You know you’re an aesthetics patient when… 😂

You want it subtle, you’re terrified it’ll be “too much,” you secretly love the swelling, and somehow every appointment ends with:

“Okay but… what else can we do?” 👀

And my favourite part? Sometimes the answer is nothing.

Because the goal was never to find something wrong with your face. It’s to enhance what makes sense, leave alone what doesn’t, and make sure you still look like you ✨

Nothing humbles you quite like catching your own reflection after a full day of making everyone else feel beautiful💀

Apparently I’ve been out here boosting confidence all day while looking like I personally fought every appointment on my schedule.

Really grateful my personality seems to be doing a lot of heavy lifting around here 😂

You leave feeling refreshed, balanced and confident.
I leave looking like I need to be booked in next.

Basically, I’m giving “do as I say, not as I currently look.” 💀😂

A little Tox . A little filler. A lot of SPF. And absolutely no obligation to explain any of it to a man who thinks “natural” means you woke up like this. 😂

Do what makes you feel good. Keep it subtle, keep it safe, and for the love of good filler — stop asking men who don’t get treatments or use 3-in-1 in the shower if they like filler. They don’t even know what they’re looking at it.

A little hydration for the sweetest patient 💦

While I love what I do, what I love even more is the connections and relationships I’ve made with patients along the way. Learning about your life, your kids, what you’ve been up to; getting to catch up a few times out of the year or once a year has been one of the highlights of having this space.

No two lips are the same , so why would I inject them the same? 💉

Lip filler isn’t about following the same injection pattern from one patient to the next. Before I ever pick up a syringe, I’m assessing lip anatomy, existing volume, projection, symmetry, dental support, movement, proportions and how the lips relate to the rest of the face.

Some lips need structure.
Some need height.
Some benefit from projection.
Some need subtle asymmetry correction.
And sometimes, the best treatment plan means not adding volume to certain areas at all.

Even product choice, depth, injection technique and amount can change depending on the lip in front of me.

The goal isn’t to give everyone the same “look.” It’s to understand the anatomy you already have and enhance it in a way that actually makes sense for your face.
