But more often than not, it’s not a discipline issue, it’s a direction issue.

You push through the day,
but your mind won’t slow down at night.

You’re exhausted…

it becomes a pattern.

A pattern your body and mind default to,
even when you don’t want it to.

When people hear “health coaching,” they often think diet plans and exercise routines.

And while those things matter… they’re only part of the story.
Your health is shaped by your mindset, your stress levels, your emotional patterns, your habits, and the way you talk to yourself day-to-day.

That’s the work that I focus on.

Because real change doesn’t come from forcing discipline, it comes from understanding yourself, shifting patterns, and building a foundation that actually supports you long-term.

That’s also where deeper tools come in.

I’ve been integrating some hypnosis techniques that I am learning in my training to help interrupt old patterns at the root so you’re not just managing habits, you’re actually changing your relationship with them.

Most people don’t get stuck because they can’t do it.
They get stuck because they think it has to be all or nothing.

Miss a workout? You’re not off track.
Eat something off plan? That doesn’t erase your day.
Lose momentum for a week? You don’t start from zero...you pick back up.

That’s how real progress works.

It’s not perfect.
It’s not linear.
But it adds up.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in certain patterns, overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or knowing something needs to shift but not being able to fully move through it...you’re not alone.

This is the kind of work I’ve been focusing on more deeply, supporting people in creating real, lasting change. Not just talking things through, but actually shifting what’s underneath it.

My background is as a National Board Certified Health Coach, and over the past while I’ve been continuing to deepen this work and am currently working towards my certification in hypnosis.

I’m now opening up a small number of spaces for new clients.

Sessions are available both in-person and virtually, and clients are finding virtual sessions convenient and highly effective.

I currently have availability on Sundays, with limited weekday appointments available by request.
