New Space is coming along nicely.
The sun room was beautiful but summer it was too hot, winter it was too cold.
Now its in the basement in our room where I can close the door for quiet, be nice and cool or cozy warm while doing readings.

18 lbs difference.
Yes, you read that correctly. I have lost 18 lbs so far.
Still more to go but I'm so happy about this accomplishment.
After breaking my foot so severe I wasn't allowed to even walk on it for months.
The stress leading up to it in the years prior didn't help either. I gained all my weight back that I had lost over the years in just a few short years.
But with a lot of consistency and work I have lost atleast half of it already.

The journey is only beginning.

Have you ever tried a "Tiffany plate"?
I decided this week that I would start making them for lunch. It's super easy to toss together and actually super filling.
I had to substitute a few things. The first plate I didn't have sausage. The second time, I ran out of eggs.
One of these times, I'll have one egg and one sausage 🤣

Its super yummy.
Protien, veggies, and fruit,
I think i may want to add a sweet potatoe or something but this is today's.

These were all taken with in the last few weeks and you can slowly see the differences.
Am I making fast progress?
No, but I'm making progress regardless. I'm gaining muscle while loosing the weight which sometimes makes it look and feel like im not loosing weight because the number on the scale won't move a huge amount as I replace fast with muscle but It will move eventually. All the hard work will pay off.
