So i did a thing.
I think a lot of women should open up to it.
What an amazing experience.
What started as a tattoo photo shoot became so much fun really quick.
This lady knew how to capture the moments with lots of laugh.
Helped lift me up and feel confident in my own skin, too.
If you haven't done a sexy photo shoot.. you must.

Late breakfast
Yes, you read that right!!!
The kids had a p.a. day and I had the day off work so I got up and had breakfast around 10-10:30 am

3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese. A cup of frozen berries that were thawed so that i could mix the juices in, and sprinkle of brown sugar, a drizzle of honey, a little handful of granola and a teaspoon of strawberry jam to make it taste like yummy dessert.
It actually tasted wonderful. It seemed weird, but It was so yummy and sweet. Because of the berries and granola, I barely noticed the texture from the cottage cheese.

Eating healthy isn't hard. This took me 5-10 minutes to prep and make. I had quarter to half a red pepper left so I dice...

Eating healthy isn't hard.
This took me 5-10 minutes to prep and make.
I had quarter to half a red pepper left so I diced it up.
I cut a few mushrooms. Sautéed them because you want to get some of the water out so it doesn't make your omelet watery.
I did toss a sprinkle of cheese on to help it all stick together, but here is my yummy omelet.
A full veggie serving and protien serving. Healthy start to the day and very filling.

It can be frustrating when the number on the scale doesn’t change much—but your body is clearly changing. The truth is, progress isn’t always reflected by weight alone.

As we stay consistent with movement, nutrition, and hydration, our bodies begin to shift in powerful ways. We can lose body fat, reduce inflammation, and release excess water retention—all while building lean muscle. Muscle is denser than fat, so even if the scale stays the same, your body can look smaller, tighter, and more defined.

This is why trusting the process is so important. The changes are happening beneath the surface before the scale ever catches up. Progress photos, how your clothes fit, and how you feel are often much more accurate indicators of success than a number.

Stay consistent. Stay patient. Your body is working for you—even when the scale doesn’t show it yet. ❤️

Have you ever tried lemon, ginger, and cayenne pepper mixed with water?
This is one of my favorite drinks to have in 15-20 minutes of waking up.
It's perfect to drink on an empty stomach because When you drink it on an empty stomach, your body can absorb the nutrients quickly.
Benefits in the morning may include:
Kick-starting digestion for the day
Stimulating metabolism early
Hydrating your body after 6–8 hours of sleep
Helping the liver start its natural detox processes
Reducing morning bloating
Your digestive system is basically “waking up,” so the ginger and cayenne help activate digestive enzymes.

But you can sip it during the day as well.
Good times to drink it:
30 minutes before meals → may help digestion and appetite control
Mid-afternoon → natural energy boost without caffeine
After a heavy meal → helps with bloating and digestion

Is there a bad time to drink it??
Yes, before bed. Cayenne pepper stimulates disgestion and warmth, and if you have acid reflux or sensitive stomach, it will make things act up in the evening.

In general, we all may be feeling a little more free less stressed or chaotic in some ways. Feeling like life is starting to feel a little more normal in the next coming week or 2.

If you're feeling tired, exhausted, maybe random bursts of energy but then it's gone again, migraines etc
Don't panic. It's more then likely your energy being off due to the retrograde.
Expect a lot of weird things to happen.
Maybe that ex randomly wants to talk about the past???Everytime you talk with someone it's taken the wrong way or a lot of arguments?
Is your technology messing up a lot or flights being rescheduled ??
Its all normal during retrograde.
Know that this will pass... stay on the track your own if you want things to stay the same.
Sometimes it's a great time to let go of old habits and start news ones but be sure these new changes are truly what you want because when you come out the other side of retrograde that will be what the universe helps you achieve.

The emperor
Staying focused, logical and organized will help increase your success in life. Step into that leadership role and stay focused.

Page of wands
You're going to recieve some amazing news to new opportunities coming your way. Allow some of your creativity in and to soar through you by continuing to do things that fuel your passions. This will keep your positivity up.
Make sure to finish your tasks though.

Queen of wands.
There is nothing you can't do. You can make anything beautiful and anything happen. Believe in yourself. You can do this.

Queen of cups
Caring for eveyruone else but forgetting to take care of yourself.
This will burn you out on both ends leaving you with zero energy. Make sure you're filling your own cup back up, your own energy so that you can be there for others when needed.

Moon cards
Let your fears dissolve. A lot of the time out fears are mostly thoughts in our heads causing blockages.

Focus on the positive.. sometimes when you focus in the negative thats all we see. Switching that mind set to positive things will help you see the little joys in life.

Release control.
Sometimes we hold the reins too tight that it will all blow up in our faces. Letting things go a little to see the end result before panick will help things come in when they're meant to.
