I am offering in person and virtual therapy as well as 'Transforming Pain to Power' the healing program. I am a holistic, heart-centered psychotherapist on a mission to help people understand their relationship blueprint and recover from relationships where they have lost their true selves. I use a trauma-informed approach with aspects of mindfulness, self compassion and empowerment to help people step into the life they are meant for. Basically, rising from your struggle into your best life.
