We laughed so hard at our humour in business workshop its was hard to even get a pic. Using humour with strategy and ease is a powerful thing! This workshop held at Hypnosis Training Canada gave us practical tools, opportunities to practice and get feedback in real time to improve. Humour can work like magic when delivered properly. Thank you Tree Ryde for making learning so much fun! 🤣

Today I want to take a moment to share how grateful I am for Chris Premate and her willingness to share her experience with Kawartha Hypnosis. ❤️

When Chris first came to me, she came with a fear of dogs. For some people, a fear like this can create real limitations and stop them from enjoying moments and going out anywhere.

Through the experience of NLP, hypnosis and connecting with the power of her own subconscious mind, things began to shift.

By her 3rd session, Chris was able to pet a dog… and the fear was gone. 🐾✨

This video is Chris sharing her journey after her 5th session. She learned self-hypnosis and now has tools she can continue using to support herself moving forward.

What inspires me most is that her transformation went far beyond the original reason she came in.

Chris shares how she is now feeling calmer, happier, and healthier. She talks about her experience at the Dragon Boat Festival on the weekend and how different it felt this time around. She was able to truly be present, enjoy the moment, and create new memories.

She also shares how she is making healthier choices with her eating and no longer carrying the frustration and emotions that were contributing to weight gain.

One of the most touching moments is watching Chris talk about her husband’s reaction to her progress. You can see the happiness on her face as she shares that he is now a true believer in hypnosis and feels like he “got his wife back.” ❤️
