A lot of the tension and discomfort I treat comes from poor stability and compensation patterns. Planks can help retrain this.

Front planks build your anterior support (deep core & spinal stability)

Side planks will target lateral stability, which is crucial for hip health and reducing strain on the low back & knees

Reverse planks open the front of the body while strengthening the posterior chain.

Together, they create a more balanced, resilient system.

This beginner plank series can be done 3-4x/week
