Join Lambton Public Health, St. Clair Child & Youth Services, and the Family Counselling Centre for a free Postpartum Support Group designed for parents navigating the challenges of the postpartum period. The Fall session begins September 29. Register by September 14.

The Alzheimer Society is looking for a volunteer to help assist them with the upcoming program in Petrolia. The Alzheimer Society will be running the program each week but are looking for a helping hand with activities. If interested in more information, contact D. Central Lambton FHT is excited to partner with the Alzheimer Society Sarnia-Lambton to bring "The Social" out to the county. You do not have to be a patient of the health team to participate but do need to reside in the county. Spots are limited.
