Central Lambton Family Health Team (CLFHT) is pleased to recognize Dr. Jocelynn De Koning and celebrate her continued commitment to patient care in Lambton County.

Dr. De Koning completed her medical degree at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University, followed by her Family Medicine residency in Petrolia. She has signed on to provide locum coverage with CLFHT, serve as a hospitalist at Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital (CEEH), and support Bear Creek Terrace long-term care facility, focusing on complex and elderly patients.

Recently awarded the Norma and Don Moore Scholarship for physicians who intend to stay and practice in Lambton County, Dr. De Koning continues to demonstrate clinical excellence and a deep commitment to our community. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team at CLFHT and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to have on rural healthcare.

🎓 Celebrating a Bright Future in Healthcare

Today marks Abby’s final day of her co-op placement with Central Lambton Family Health Team, working alongside Nurse Lori.

We wish LCCVI student Abby all the best as she continues pursuing her future career in healthcare. It has been a pleasure to be part of her learning journey and to support the next generation of healthcare professionals.

We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with our local high school. Over the years, we have been proud to see many students go on to become Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Social Workers —and even more proud when they return to serve their communities as valued members of our team.

Thank you, Abby, for your interest, dedication, and commitment to learning. We look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in the years ahead!

The office is very short staffed today in our reception area.

Staff here today will be working hard to answer calls and check in for appointments in a timely manner. The average call volume on a Monday
can run over 700 calls.
