If you’ve ever called or walked through our doors chances are you’ve already met our lovely manager, Michelle! 💕

Michelle has been the heart of The Facial Place for 12 years as our manager, and with 17 years as an esthetician, she brings an incredible wealth of knowledge, experience, and care to our team and clients alike.

She’s the biggest cheerleader for our estheticians, always ready to lend a helping hand, share her expertise, and keep the spa feeling fun, positive, and full of laughter. Her bubbly personality is one of the many reasons clients instantly feel at home the moment they walk in.

When she’s not keeping everything running smoothly at the spa, You’ll likely find her exploring the woods with her boyfriend and their dog, curled up with a good book, or planning her next travel adventure. 🌲📚✈️

Born and raised in Brazil, Juliana has surprisingly fallen in love with Canadian winters! When she’s not at The Facial Place, you’ll find her hitting the slopes and making snowy memories with her family. ❄️⛷️
