Weekly Kundalini Yoga with Spiritual Alchemy Wellness at Base31

This winter, Spiritual Alchemy Wellness lands at Base31’s Moir House, offering weekly Kundalini yoga! These classic Kundalini classes focus on reconnecting to self, cultivating inner awareness, and supporting personal healing through movement, stillness, sound, and energetic alignment.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness ~ a dynamic yogic practice combining breathwork, yoga postures, sound healing, mantra, a deep rest period, and meditation. Kundalini Yoga supports mental clarity, energy flow, self-awareness, and is accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
