Did you know small things like talking, crossing your legs, drinking coffee, or even rushing can affect your blood pressure reading? 👀

Checking your blood pressure properly is important to get accurate numbers and better understand your heart health.

✅ Sit quietly for 5 minutes
✅ Keep your arm at heart level
✅ Keep feet flat on the floor
✅ Avoid caffeine or smoking before measuring
✅ Take 2–3 readings, 1 minute apart

🎯 Ideal blood pressure is generally considered below 130/80 mmHg.
